That Lonely Hour was formed by Ryan Medina and Matt Heim sometime in the fall of 2007.  They didn’t know it at the time, but when they sat down to write their first song together, they soon realized that one song wouldn’t be enough.  Years later and many songs later, it still is not enough.  After writing and self-producing their debut album, Matt and Ryan try to balance their time performing their songs for others and constantly writing new songs for themselves.  With the addition of Trevor Hults on bass, the trio continues to refine and redefine their style.  That Lonely Hour strives to attain that proper blend of entertainment and art, to both challenge and charm in equal parts.
